Chin hairs August 9, 2010 sharon l kuczynski (Cheswick, PA, US) Works good. Nice to have for a quick touch up on those nasty chin hairs.
Ouch! But the model in the photo looks so serene... July 24, 2010 Chikz I have mixed feelings about this product. I've used it for at least two years, but mostly because I haven't found anything better. It hurts like heck, especially in the upper lip area. Tears literally fall out of my eyes when I try to tackle this area, so I shave that part instead. I use this for the hair on my chin and along the jaw line.
Some hair is plucked from the root, while other hair is simply broken off. I have red bumps all over the area where I use it and it's a full time job dealing with these breakouts. However, if I don't remove the hair, the condition improves, but then I'm hairy again. As a woman, I found it's better to have acne than facial hair. I wish the hair would just go away so that I could leave my face alone and enjoy having nice skin. Until then, I'll be using my Emjoi tweezer.
What a tweezer! June 15, 2010 Smooth and Silky (Shirley, IL) This is quite a tweezer. It is amazing how it works. It grips the tiny
hairs above your upper lip and on the the chin. It wisks them away quickly
and gently.
Hurts, but Works :-) June 15, 2010 C. Koehring (Warsaw, Indiana) I was surprised how well this works. Sort of like a guy shaving. I would say to do this a few days before you go anywhere because on occasion you can break out a little, as with tweezing by hand.
